I Have Not Received My Tickets And My Show Is Today

If your show is more than 48hrs from now:

If your purchase included physical tickets and you have not received your tickets, and it is more than 48hrs until the show, please check your postal mail for your tickets. We ship via regular postal mail, so there will not be any tracking number available.

If your show is within 48hrs from now:

If it is within 48 hours of the show, please please  login  to your account and submit a support ticket directly from your order to let us know. We can request the venue to re-print your tickets and hold it for you at the box office for will call pick up. In some cases, we can do this even if you notify us up to 24hrs before the show.

If your show is today:

If it is the day of the show and you have not received your tickets, your name will be on the backup "Applauze Pre-sale List" at the box office.

Please go to the box office and reference this list. You will be able to pick up your tickets. Please note that the tickets must have been ordered under your name. We cannot accept name changes on the day of the show.
