I Have Misplaced/Not Received My Physical Tickets
To claim your ticket(s), please go to the box office on the evening of the show, present your photo ID, and reference the Applauze Pre-sale List. There is always a backup ticket list at the venue!
If it is within 48 hours of the show and you have not received your physical ticket(s), please login to your account, select "View Order", and click "Transfer to will call pickup". Select the reason why you are requesting the re-print and then select "Request Reprint".
Once you do this, your ticket(s) will be held at the venue's box office window for pickup on the evening of the show.
Make sure that you have the correct name listed, as this is the name the ticket(s) will be held under at the venue box office on the evening of the show.
*Please note: Tickets are shipped 2 weeks prior to the show.
