How Do I Change My Address?

This article only applies to physical tickets that were originally intended to be shipped. Not will call or e-tickets. 

You must update your address no later than 3 weeks prior to the event. 

To change the shipping address for a physical ticket order, perform the following steps:

1. Login to your account

2. Select your specific order by clicking "view order"

3. Click the "change" button

4. Enter your new/current address

5. Click the "update" button 

This will automatically update the address in our system, and your tickets will be shipped to the correct address.
