I Do Not Recognize A Charge On My Debit/Credit Card

When an order has processed through Applauze, you will receive a charge on your Debit/Credit Card account from AMPED, inc. with the total of your order.

If you do not recognize this charge, please reach out to family members or friends who may have access to your card.

Recurring charges:  Once an order is complete, a pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card, which often appears as a recurring charge.  This authorization will drop from your account in 3-5 business days. We guarantee you will only be charged once for your order.
