I Have Not Received My Tickets
You can log in to your account by clicking here to confirm if your tickets are will call, eTickets, or physical tickets.
Will Call Tickets - Your name will be on the Will Call list at the venue on the evening of the show. You can update the Will Call name on your order by logging into your account.
eTickets - Electronic tickets will be emailed to you closer to the date of the show.
Physical Tickets - Physical tickets are shipped two weeks prior to the show.
If your show is more than 48hrs from now:
If your purchase included physical tickets and you have not received your tickets, and it is more than 48hrs until the show, please check your postal mail for your tickets. We ship via regular postal mail, so there will not be any tracking number available.
If your show is within 48hrs from now:
If it is within 48 hours of the show and you have not received your physical ticket(s), please login to your account, select "View Order", and click "Transfer to will call pickup". Select the reason why you are requesting the re-print and then select "Request Reprint".
Once you do this, your ticket(s) will be held at the venue's box office window for pickup on the evening of the show.
Make sure that you have the correct name listed, as this is the name the ticket(s) will be held under at the venue box office on the evening of the show.
To claim your ticket(s), please go to the box office on the evening of the show, present your photo ID, and reference the Applauze Pre-sale List.
